RETURN POLICY
Fapco, Inc. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Fapco, Inc. product, you can return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in “like new” condition and in the original packaging you received. Fapco, Inc. will provide a full refund for the original product price; however, shipping fees are nonrefundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY
Fapco, Inc. can ship all over the continental United States. Please refer to the shipping options when checking out for a complete list. For questions, please contact Customer Support by email at customerservice@fapcoinc.com.
All products are shipped from Fapco, Inc.’s fulfillment center in Buchanan, MI.
If an order is placed Monday through Friday, before 10 a.m. Central Time, then the order will generally be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and/or Federal Holidays, regardless of the day or time, will generally be processed and shipped on the following business day.
For orders shipped, the delivery time for your shipment depends on the shipping options you choose. For example:
- Standard Shipping (3-14 business days) (USPS or FedEx)
- FedEx 2-Day Shipping (2 business days)
- FedEx Overnight (1 business day)

Fapco, Inc. cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimates and vary depending on order processing time and distance of the “ship to” address from our Buchanan, MI warehouse.
WARRANTY
Fapco, Inc. proudly offers a complete warranty against failure of its products for 60 days from the date of purchase. Warranty is void if unit has not been used according to printed instructions.
If failure of Fapco, Inc. products should occur, contact Fapco, Inc. Customer Service by emailing customerservice@fapcoinc.com, to return the defective product with proof of purchase.
